Indictment: New York Resident Threatened FBI Agents Who Questioned Him Over Anti-Semitic Threats

|
Dylan Daniel, a 33-year-old New York resident, was charged with threatening FBI agents who investigated threatening and anti-Semitic phone calls he made, according to an indictment filed in the United States. According to the indictment, in May he called a Jewish charity organization in New Jersey and said, among other things, 'I would like to put all Jews in a gas chamber and kill them' and 'I would like to kill Benjamin Netanyahu and all Jews.' After federal investigators traced the source of the calls and arrived at his home, he cursed at them and threatened that 'the only good cop is a dead cop.' He faces a maximum sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
