Police arrested two suspects, a 37-year-old resident of Modi'in and a 42-year-old resident of Lod, at a hotel in Tiberias while carrying a Glock pistol with a magazine full of bullets. During the investigation and after reviewing security camera footage, police identified that the two suspects were "playing war games" in a corridor full of hotel employees and guests, pointing the weapon at passersby and room doors. It was also revealed that after going down to the parking lot, the two identified the hotel security officer approaching them, and one of the suspects threw away the gun in an attempt to hide it. During a search of their vehicle and hotel room, police seized binoculars, a knife, ammunition and various drugs.
