The Ramat Gan municipality has begun demolishing buildings hit by a missile fired by Iran last week. About 1,000 people and 300 families were evacuated from the affected neighborhood, and the city has started demolishing four buildings deemed dangerous and uninhabitable by city engineer Sigal Horesh and the engineering and planning teams. Ramat Gan Mayor Carmel Shama Hacohen said in a statement: "We are supporting the evacuated families. Today we are demolishing buildings here - but looking forward."
