Topaz Luk, a senior adviser to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, managed the campaign of one of the candidates for prime minister in Kosovo on behalf of the conservative LDK party in elections held in early 2025, as revealed to ynet and "Yedioth Ahronoth." With this, all of Netanyahu's communications advisers worked simultaneously in foreign countries while closely working with the Prime Minister. As a result and as part of the lessons from the Qatar-gate and "Build" affairs, Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara is conducting staff work to restrict the activities of external advisers who are not state employees in Netanyahu's environment, limiting the Prime Minister's use of them.
