The Arabic Sky News network reported from Syrian sources that President Al-Sharaa's associates "are reviewing names ahead of forming a new government." According to these sources, "There is a tendency to establish an expanded Syrian government, in which all sects and regions in Syria (Druze, Alawites and Kurds) would be better represented. Work on forming the new government might be included in agreements with Western parties." However, official sources in the Syrian administration denied these claims.
