Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu began testifying for the first time under cross-examination in his trial, which is expected to last about a year and conclude during 2026. The cross-examination will be conducted by prosecution representatives, attorneys Yehudit Tirosh and Yonatan Tadmor, beginning with the Gifts Case (Case 1000). His testimony phase, conducted by his defense attorney Amit Hadad, lasted nearly six months starting December 10, 2024.
