The State Attorney's Office filed an indictment against Avraham David Kavodi (27) from Ofakim, after he sold ammunition magazines and ammunition taken from the IDF in the Rahat area together with an active-duty female soldier. According to the indictment, the soldier took about 20 magazines in February when a weapon was entrusted to her, some of which belonged to other female soldiers who served alongside her. Several days later, the defendant and the soldier traveled to the Rahat area and sold the magazines for 5,000 shekels. Kavodi was charged with conspiracy to commit a crime, carrying and transporting weapons and arms trafficking, and the soldier's case was transferred to the Military Prosecutor's Office for review.
