The IDF and Shin Bet announced the elimination of Islamic Jihad terrorist Raad Khaled Hassan Jabain, who was a central figure in transferring funds between Islamic Jihad and terrorist organizations in Judea and Samaria. Jabain was eliminated this week in an airstrike in northern Gaza Strip, and had previously been imprisoned in Israel between 2006-2015. The IDF and Shin Bet additionally stated that in recent years, including during the war, he operated using several methods to transfer terrorist funds to promote attacks in Judea and Samaria.
