Defense Minister Israel Katz and Minister in Charge of Government Companies Dudi Amsalem have decided to appoint Israel Aerospace Industries CEO Boaz Levy as chairman of the company's board of directors. Levy's appointment is subject to approval by the Senior Appointments Committee and his election by the company's board plenum, a process that will be carried out in the near future. Levy began his career at Israel Aerospace Industries in 1990 as an engineer on the Arrow project. Israel Aerospace Industries has operated without a chairman since November 2024 due to a dispute between Amsalem and Katz.
