The death of a 68-year-old man who was run over on HaShomron Street in Beit She'an has been confirmed, after he was apparently hit by the vehicle of a suspect who allegedly fatally stabbed an 18-year-old woman at the entrance to Kibbutz Tel Yosef in the Jezreel Valley.
