Protester attacked in Tel Aviv: 'Motorcyclist stopped in front of me, yelled at me to move and punched me twice'

|
74-year-old Kobi Yifat, who was attacked during a demonstration for the hostages in Tel Aviv, said, "I protest on Begin Road two or three times a week. We sometimes stop cars and I walk between them with signs. Some people curse at us while others support us. The attacker was on a motorcycle, he stopped in front of me and I asked him why he was driving like that. He yelled at me to move and I told him to calm down. He got off his scooter, and before I could tell him not to come near me, he punched me twice and I fell to the floor. I'm now at Ichilov Hospital bleeding and in pain, but I'm okay. I refuse to surrender to this hatred. I will not be afraid of these people, I will definitely continue to protest."
