Border Police volunteers in the Jezreel Valley arrested six illegal residents who were employed in olive harvesting in orchards near Moshav Merhavia. It is estimated that a larger number of Palestinian workers managed to escape. The suspects and their Israeli employer were transferred for questioning. Standby units from Kibbutz and Moshav Merhavia were mobilized and assisted in the searches.
