Sign banning hikers placed near disaster site, KKL: 'This is an area no one authorized'

|
A sign from the Jewish National Fund (KKL-JNF) is posted near the area where an unexploded ordnance blast occurred on the northern border, killing a 14-year-old boy, stating: "Entry to forests and parking lots is strictly prohibited." The KKL website also states that "Starting May 25, 2025, until further notice, the Naphtali Mountains Forest Trail and the Naphtali Mountains Scenic Route are closed due to war damage rehabilitation." In response to Ynet's inquiry, KKL sources explained that the sign is still valid due to the fires that occurred in the north and the security situation. According to them, this is an area that no one authorized.
