Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that "Russia seems more inclined toward a ceasefire. The pressure on them is working, and it's critical they don't deceive us." He added: "Our security advisors will hold talks with partner countries soon." His remarks come against the backdrop of U.S. envoy Steve Whitcoff's meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin and the phone call Zelensky held with U.S. President Donald Trump.
