Police arrested two suspects, in their 60s and 80s, on suspicion of setting fire to trash bins in Jerusalem during protest activities. "Israel Police views with great severity acts such as arson, vandalism, road blockages and any other criminal activity that disrupts public order. These are criminal and dangerous acts that could endanger human lives, cause property damage and disrupt residents' lives," the police stated. As a result of the trash bin fires, a reserve soldier's vehicle parked nearby also burned. Protest supporters launched a fundraising campaign for the reservist's family whose car was burned - and raised 200,000 shekels within a few hours.
