A life-size bronze statue of Marwan Barghouti, the terrorist serving five life sentences in Israel, has been erected on the roof of Palestine House in the Holborn neighborhood of central London. Barghouti is depicted with his hands raised above his head in handcuffs, with two fingers forming the V for victory sign.
