Iraqi PM tells Pezeshkian: Attacks against us are unacceptable and violate our sovereignty

Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani spoke by phone with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, telling him that "the attacks directed against Iraq constitute a violation of its sovereignty and security." He stressed that "this is unacceptable and undermines efforts to end the war and return to dialogue." Al-Sudani also noted that "the Iraqi government is committed to Iran's security and sovereignty and will not allow any party to use its territory to attack Iran."
