Train service between Lod and Beer Sheva stations has been temporarily suspended due to a malfunction in the railway signaling system. Service has also been suspended between Lod and Beit Shemesh stations. Israel Railways announced this update, adding that passengers traveling to or from Beer Sheva can use the Western Negev line (via Sderot, Netivot and Ofakim stations). "Railway teams are working to fix the malfunction and restore normal service," the company stated.
