Police have filed a pre-indictment declaration against 19-year-old Yigal Buskila from Jerusalem for kidnapping 10-year-old Yeheli Sofer from Petah Tikva to Bnei Brak. According to the prosecutor's declaration, he will be charged with offenses of kidnapping, child abduction and false imprisonment. According to the investigation materials, Buskila kidnapped the 10-year-old approximately two and a half weeks ago and held him in a shelter in Bnei Brak against his will. In addition, he will be charged with offenses of threats, harassment and possession of a knife against two minors in Hadera and a minor in Arad.
