|
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was asked by ynet during a press conference why he isn't taking responsibility for the October 7 failure and putting the confidence question to public vote in elections. 'I submit myself to public judgment every day,' he claimed in response. 'I'm under constant criticism, I can't just say I take responsibility without specifying what that responsibility means. I face public scrutiny every day, they can express no-confidence. We're at war, you want elections now?'
