This was reported in the "New York Times" based on satellite images. Images taken by Planet Labs show damage to a floating dock at the base, with one section detached from its anchor point. The base serves as a facility for maintenance, deployment and operation of Russia's nuclear submarines in the Pacific Ocean region.
