McDonald's raises meal prices by up to 15%

|
Just ten months after the previous price increase, McDonald's has raised the prices of its meals again. Some popular items are going up by as much as 15% - the McRoyal increased by 10% from 36 shekels to 40 shekels. The Big Mac, which previously cost 20 shekels at branches, increased by 15% to 23 shekels. McDonald's said the reason for the price increase is a continued rise in operational costs in Israel, including electricity, water and municipal taxes, alongside increases in raw material prices.
