A Syrian citizen has been charged by German prosecutors with supporting a foreign terrorist organization, helping plan the foiled attack at singer Taylor Swift's concert in Vienna last year. According to the statement from Germany's attorney general, the suspect, named Mohammed, helped the attack planners by translating Arabic instructions for making a bomb and connected them with an ISIS member. Swift's three performances in the city were canceled following concerns about an attack.
