A group of minority shareholders in the New York Times has filed a lawsuit against the newspaper, claiming its coverage is biased against Israel and that company management refuses to disclose internal documents relating to how it supervises editorial standards on the matter. Among the plaintiffs are the body managing the pension fund assets of Florida state employees, which holds shares in the company, and NCPPR, a conservative research institute acting on behalf of investors and shareholders.
