Tragedy in Galilee: Child dies in fire, 3 critically and seriously injured including child and toddler

A 10-year-old child died in a fire that broke out in a three-story private home in Deir al-Asad in the Upper Galilee. Magen David Adom paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene and evacuated four additional victims to the Galilee Hospital in Nahariya - a 10-year-old girl and a 45-year-old woman in critical condition after inhaling heavy smoke, a 3-year-old toddler in serious and unstable condition with third-degree burns on approximately 70% of his body, and another person with minor injuries. Additionally, three more people were evacuated to Ziv Hospital in Safed with minor injuries from smoke inhalation, and a 35-year-old man was taken to Rambam Hospital in Haifa with minor back injuries after falling from a height while trying to help other victims at the scene.
