Yesh Atid: MK Meir Cohen to leave Knesset, appointed as KKL chairman

Yesh Atid party announced the retirement from the Knesset of one of the party veterans, MK Meir Cohen. According to the announcement, Cohen will be appointed as chairman of the Jewish National Fund (KKL) following the end of current chairwoman Ifat Ovadia-Lusky's term in the coming weeks. Immediately afterward, Cohen will leave the Knesset after a continuous 12-year tenure. Cohen's replacement in the Knesset will be attorney Oz Haim, next in line on the party list.
