A military police detective and a 17-year-old from Ashdod were arrested on suspicion of raping a 14-year-old girl three months ago. According to police, the girl complained that the incident was filmed and the two threatened her, and that the incident took place in the city, apparently not inside an apartment, in a location where she was forcibly taken. Police also reported that the detective is suspected of filming the rape, distributing the footage and threatening the victim, while the 17-year-old is the one who committed the rape. The soldier's defense attorney claims that he filmed the video from a distance - and therefore did not rape the complainant.
