Avichay Adraee issued an evacuation notice to all Gaza Strip residents in the areas of Al-Qarara, Al-Salqa municipality, southern Deir al-Balah, and the neighborhoods of Al-Jafraawi, Al-Suwar, Abu Hadab and Al-Satar. In his message, he wrote: 'This is a final warning, we will forcefully strike any area used for rocket launches. Terror organizations, led by Hamas, bear full responsibility for the displacement and suffering of civilians. For your safety, you must move immediately westward to the known shelters in Al-Mawasi.'
