The Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office has filed an indictment with the city's District Court against 19-year-old David Laks for the rape of a 15-year-old girl. According to the indictment, Laks brutally attacked the girl both physically and sexually - whom he met through TikTok - in Yarkon Park in Tel Aviv. Laks is also charged with committing an indecent act against the girl and assaulting her.
