The Student Union reported chaos and adverse effects due to the absence of a uniform policy. "Since the outbreak of fighting, thousands of students have been called up for reserve duty, while others are dealing with rocket fire, home evacuations and ongoing anxiety," said Student Union chairperson Sivan Koren.
