This was reported by Reuters news agency based on three sources familiar with intelligence reports. According to them, Trump's claims are 'exaggerated' and not supported by intelligence. Trump claimed that Tehran is working to obtain such missiles and is close to doing so. According to the sources, the latest report from 2025 states that Iran will be able to obtain such missiles by 2035.
