Ukraine's Prosecutor General's Office released footage from the moment of the explosion in Monaco that injured Ukrainian oligarch Vadim Yermolaiev and his family. The suspect in planting the explosive device, a 39-year-old Ukrainian woman, was found shot dead in her home country after the explosion, and two additional suspects, a former police officer and a current employee of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of Ukraine's Defense Ministry, were arrested. Kyiv's Prosecutor General announced that investigators "located one of the key pieces of evidence the suspects tried to destroy - a video recording from a surveillance camera that was installed in advance near the crime scene to ensure the act was carried out."
