The IDF and Shin Bet struck Nuseirat in central Gaza on Friday, eliminating terrorist Ibrahim Abu Omeir, a Nukhba platoon commander in Hamas's military wing. The IDF spokesperson stated that the terrorist infiltrated Israeli territory during the October 7 massacre. In recent times, the terrorist promoted terror plots against IDF forces and Israeli civilians and worked to restore the capabilities of the Hamas terror organization, while systematically violating the ceasefire. The terrorist was eliminated from the air in order to remove the threat he posed.
