Two German citizens were arrested on suspicion of photographing the entrance to Damon Prison on Mount Carmel. Guards noticed the two standing in front of the prison, allegedly photographing its entrance. An inspection of their mobile phones revealed photographs of facilities and security activity. The investigation was transferred to the police.
