The IDF Arabic spokesman, Lieutenant Colonel Avichay Adraee, issued an evacuation notice to residents in the al-Jalaa neighborhood in Hamad city and in al-Qarara. "The IDF is operating with great force to destroy the capabilities of terrorist organizations in the area and will attack any target used for launching rockets," the statement read. "For your safety - evacuate immediately to the al-Muwasi area and do not try to return to dangerous combat zones."
