Window shatters in Tiberias home, teen seriously injured by glass shards

A 17-year-old boy was seriously injured by glass shards from a window that shattered in a home in Tiberias. MDA paramedics evacuated him to the Northern Medical Center (Poriya). MDA paramedic Mohammad Husni said: "When we arrived at the house, we were led to the 17-year-old who was conscious, and we were told that while playing with his friends, the window shattered and he was injured by glass shards. We began medical examinations and noticed he was suffering from a significant back injury. We provided initial medical treatment including bandages, and while continuing treatment, we evacuated him in an intensive care ambulance to the hospital with his condition defined as serious but stable."
