The High Court of Justice ordered the Attorney General to transfer the affidavit submitted by Col. G, former head of the Operations Division in Military Intelligence, to the representatives of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Mossad chief Ronen Gofman. The decision stated: "Even before a decision is made regarding the classification of the affidavit submitted in a sealed envelope, it must be transferred through the appropriate channels to the respondents' representatives who have the appropriate clearance, without delay. Notice of this shall be given to the court. After that, a decision will be made on how to proceed with the case."
