IDF Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir said yesterday at a naval commanders' course graduation ceremony at the Navy base in Haifa that INS Drakon, Israel's sixth submarine, will arrive at the city's port within "a few days." According to him, "It will be followed by additional advanced naval capabilities, such as the Reshef-class missile boats, which will provide us with the ability to operate at sea over a wider range, for extended periods, with more lethal firepower and operational strength for years to come."
