Thousands gather in Tel Aviv rally: 'Those who avoid state commission probably have something to hide'

|
Thousands of people arrived at a rally in Hostages Square in Tel Aviv led by the 'October Council,' which brings together survivors of captivity, bereaved families and survivors of the massacre, against the backdrop of bereaved families' and October 7 victims' demand to establish a state commission of inquiry to investigate the failure. Rabbi Elchanan Danino, whose son Uri was murdered in Hamas captivity, said at the rally: "We demand a state commission of inquiry that will investigate everyone. Anyone who evades establishing a state commission of inquiry probably has a reason for doing so. Three years and they still haven't found time to establish even a parliamentary or governmental inquiry committee. There's probably something to hide."
