Police announced the arrest of 11 suspects, including minors, who allegedly kidnapped a Haifa resident and demanded ransom while threatening his life. The investigation began over the weekend following a report of suspected kidnapping over financial debts. According to police, the victim was held in a hideout apartment in the Negev, from which he was rescued overnight by officers. Seven suspects had their detention extended, and four minors were released under restrictive conditions.
