Yisrael Beiteinu Chairman Avigdor Liberman ruled out joining Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at his party's branch heads assembly. He said: "What we said before the elections is even more true after the elections. We won't sit with Bibi or with Tibi." According to Liberman, "There are many developments above the surface. We need to wait for the dust to settle and only then see where we're going and what we're doing." After counting more than 90% of the votes, Yisrael Beiteinu has seven seats.
