U.S. Central Command Commander Brad Cooper said that "so far, more than 8,000 military targets have been struck, including 130 Iranian vessels." He said this in an operational briefing, adding: "Their navy (Iran's) is not sailing, they have lost the ability to launch missiles and drones at a high rate already at the beginning of the conflict." Cooper noted that the strikes against underground missile sites on the southern coast have "degraded" its ability to block traffic in the Strait of Hormuz. He reiterated that "Iran's combat capability is in constant decline."
