Police arrested a 21-year-old Herzliya resident on suspicion of involvement in a shooting at a residential building in the city yesterday morning. Additionally, police seized a stolen scooter without license plates, which allegedly was used by the young man. The suspect will be brought to court this evening for a hearing on extending his detention.
