Police forces, Border Police and Navy raided a ship that arrived from Egypt to Acre port, which was unloading cigarette boxes worth more than 10 million shekels to a fast motorboat that was supposed to smuggle the goods. The forces arrested eight crew members on the ship, along with seven suspects who were waiting to receive the merchandise for sale and distribution. The ship is being transferred under customs supervision to Ashdod port and is expected to be confiscated.
