The State Attorney's Office filed an indictment at the Central District Court against a father accused of committing severe sex offenses against his five-year-old daughter. According to the indictment, the father raped his daughter and performed indecent acts on her over a period of more than a year, and documented them on his phone. After filming, he sent some of the documentation to another person on Telegram and conversed with users about sexually abusing minors. The indictment charges him with rape of a minor family member, indecent act with a helpless minor family member without her consent, using the body of a minor to produce child pornography by a guardian and possession of child pornography depicting a minor.
