Serbia: Tens of thousands protest against government and president, police use tear gas

|
Tens of thousands of people demonstrated in Belgrade against the government and President Aleksandar Vučić, calling for early parliamentary elections, throwing eggs, plastic bottles and other objects at police officers. In response, local police used tear gas against the protesters and arrested several of them. The demonstration took place after nearly eight months of student-led protests that have challenged Vučić's grip on power.
