Users worldwide are reporting issues with OpenAI's ChatGPT, causing extremely slow responses, random error messages and disruptions to the popular chatbot's normal operation. According to Down Detector, more than 1,000 complaints were registered in Britain and almost 500 in the US - with the malfunction seemingly affecting some models randomly across different users. The cause of the malfunction remains unclear and OpenAI has not yet responded to the reports.
