The IDF's Arabic-language spokesperson, Col. Avichay Adraee, issued a statement to residents of southern Lebanon calling on them not to approach the area of the Litani River, Wadi Salqani and Saluqi. "For your safety during the ceasefire agreement, the IDF continues to be prepared in its positions in southern Lebanon against Hezbollah's terrorist activity. For your safety and the peace of your families, you are required not to move south of the yellow line," the statement said. The announcement marked the villages to which return is not permitted in the buffer zone.
