"The president has made no decision, the president prefers a different approach," Rubio said at a press conference. "If he wanted to act in that way, he would have done so weeks ago, or even months ago." Rubio also noted that he does not know if there is a defined timeline for Qatar-led talks aimed at reaching an agreement between the U.S. and Iran.
