An Arab-Israeli resident of northern Israel was detained for questioning at Herzliya police station after arriving this morning masked and carrying a sharp object near Sidna Ali Beach in the city. According to suspicions, he harassed beachgoers and caused panic. Police were called to the scene and detained him. There were no injuries in the incident and the investigation continues.
